Yoga
A yoga practice invokes a relationship between movement and breath, body and mind, self and community. It’s about discovering balance on and off the mat. Yoga welcomes all ages, body types, levels of experience and personal beliefs.
“As a life-long practitioner I have experienced the many benefits of yoga. As a child I gained confidence and self awareness through stillness and compassion. As a college student the yoga community provided the constancy that fostered focus, discipline, and commitment. As a young professional yoga offered clarity and respite. And in 2011, following a life changing injury, yoga provided strength, patience, and acceptance of limitations.“
